Please double-check the printer model number. Do you possibly mean one of the following TR4500 series models listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support?

  • Canon TR4520
  • Canon TR4522
  • Canon TR4527
  • Canon TR4530
  • Canon TR4540
  • Canon TR4550
  • Canon TR4551
  • Canon TR4560
  • Canon TR4570
  • Canon TR4570S
  • Canon TR4580
  • Canon TR4590
  • Canon TR4595

If the printer is an AirPrint-supported model, make sure that it has a stable connection to your Wi-Fi network (router). The same network as used by the iPad, the iPhone, and the laptop. If necessary, move the printer.

You may also want to try a full power-cycle sequence (do not forget the Wi-Fi router):

  • Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the iPad and iPhone, and all other devices/computers.
  • Wait two to three minutes.
