How can I scan documents in PDF and save it directly to iCloud?

Hi,

I would like to find a solution how can I scan all my documents in PDF and save them directly to a dedicated folder in icloud. In great quality and with OCR. Unfortunately there is no doc scan in the camera app of my iPhone which would make the most sense.
