So my AirPods Pro 2 are making the noise when I put them

So when I am using my AirPods Pro 2 they randomly make the noise when I put them on my ears even though I have turned off the “Automatic Ear Detection”

AirPods Pro 2 keep connecting after a pause a video or audio So I’ve noticed that my AirPods Pro 2 keep connecting randomly after a listen to a video and I have them in my ears. I’m not sure why that happens or how to fix it because it is a bit annoying at times to hear the sound.

Others are hearing static/popping noise when I talk to them on the phone with my AirPods Pro I do not hear any static or other noises, but multiple different people in different settings have commented that they hear a loud static/crackling noise when speaking to me when I use AirPods Pro. This does not occur when I take them out and use iPhone. Same is happening on video calls on MacBook with AirPods. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect and turn off noise cancelling, but it's still happening.
