App Restrictions and more?!

So my parents have screen time restrictions all that stuff on my phone. I want to download an app that’s above my age rating. It’s Block Blast! If that helps. But I asked my mother and she told me that if she changed my age rating for apps it would change other things. She wouldn’t tell me what it was. Btw I have the thing where I have to ask for apps it sends notifications.
