I have always had iMessage on bottom of home page. But now it has also appeared on once empty page 4 of all my apps. So basically it appears twice. Why?
is it safe to delete the duplicate one on page 4 OR will that delete BOTH APPS AND ALL MESSAGES? Thanks

When you choose to delete an app it will ask if you want to just remove it from the Home screen, or to delete it completely. Just choose the first option. That way it will remain in the App Library, and anywhere else you have it on the Home screen. It is now possible to have the same app in multiple locations on the Home screen, which can be convenient at times. To create a duplicate icon go to the App Library, (the last page of the Home screen), find the app and drag it to wherever you want it. It will remain in the App Library, but create a duplicate.
