Im trying to change my country/region but it wont let me, it says that I need to cancel my apple music subscription first, so I did. Still, it wont let me change it and it keeps telling me the same thing, that I need to cancel my apple music subscription. I don’t get it, I already canceled it and it still telling me the same thing.

Subscriptions will continue until the expiration date. Canceling them just tells them not to renew after that date. To have it end before that date you need to contact Apple and explain you need it to end immediately.
