Unable to change Apple ID country due to active Apple Music subscription

Hello,

I’m trying to change the country/region of my Apple ID, but I’m unable to proceed due to an active Apple Music membership.

I’ve already canceled the subscription, and it seems there is no remaining subscription period, but the system still recognizes it as active.

Could you please remove or end the remaining subscription period so I can proceed with the country change?
