I need to change the region on my Apple ID, but I can't do it because if I sign up for an Apple Music subscription a month before August 20th, I can't cancel it myself. Please replace this subscription for me for the current day, without waiting for August 20, and reset my account if because of this I am unable to change the region. Thank you in advance!

This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple Support here. We cannot cancel or expedite the expiry of your subscription.
If you have already cancelled the subscription, you need to contact Apple Support directly to have it immediately end it and not have to wait until it expires.
