Region change held hostage by Apple Music
I recently moved back to the U.S. from overseas. I'm trying to change my Apple account back to the U.S. region, but I can't do it until my Apple Music subscription expires. I have to cancel the subscription and then wait until the billing period is over.
Has anyone successfully gotten Apple Support to override this crazy policy? It seems to me that when the customer requests a region change, that should override the subscriptions. Holding the customer hostage because of subscription expiration dates is unnecessarily annoying.
