does esim can be activated on iphone (iphone 11) when the ic baseband is damage?

If the IC baseband is damaged on an iPhone 11, activating an eSIM or using any cellular functions, including voice calls, SMS, and mobile data, would likely be impossible. The baseband IC (Integrated Circuit) is responsible for managing the phone's communication with cellular networks. If this component is damaged, it typically results in a loss of cellular connectivity, which affects both physical SIM cards and eSIMs.


To resolve this issue, the damaged baseband IC would need to be repaired or replaced. 


If you have either dropped the device accidentally or exposed it to liquid or used it beyond acceptable temperature limits then…
