can somebody help me, how I could enable sleep apnea notification. I resides in Philippines and it seems that it is no
longer available. I really need it, this is one of the reason why i bought this watch thanks

I am from Brazil too. Idk if still helps, but when I first set up my watch 10, it said it wasn't available. I followed a instruction I've read on this forum and solved the issue. I just unpaired my watch from iPhone, restated both, paired again and now the feature is available. It is likely a software bug.

It matters where the watch was purchased not just the country where you live.

Pelo que eu fiquei sabendo, como agora estou morando na Argentina, o dispositivo reconhece que eu não estou no Brazil, então não deixa atualizar isso pela geolocalização, mesmo que o meu iCloud seja brasileiro. Vou ter que aguardar até maio que retorne ao Brazil para fazer a habilitação disso. Uma dica: esse problema é so no momento da habilitação da função por primeira vez, logo, mesmo você esteja em outros países, a função *** continuar andando.
I live in Brazil, a country listed as available region but when I try to set up, it says that my region is not available for this. Maybe a bug not solved yet?
