New Mac Purchase Apple TV 3 month free subscription offer

Hi, I bought a new iPad Sept 28, 2024 and received a free 3 month subscription to Apple TV. Then on Dec 9th I bought a new MacBook from Costco for $1,099. and received 3 months free Apple TV. I was charged today on my Chase credit card for Apple TV. I asked for a refund because I should have an additional 3 months free from my new Mac purchase.
