I take a video with my iPhone 15 as usual. It looks perfectly fine. But when I attach it into an email, the video does not appear. Instead when my recipient opens the email, there is a large square shaped area filled with Asian characters as well as foreignpunctuation. The video appears normal when sent in a message. Please advise.

What kind of device and email service is being used by your recipient?
Thank you. I had three recipients. Two use iPhones and one has a Samsung.
The problem repeated itself with a different video sent to one of the iPhone users.
I know that one recipient uses Yahoo and one other uses Verizon. The third I am not aware of that individual’s service.
And perhaps I should mention that I use MSN.
Excuse me…the two iPhone users have Gmail addresses. Perhaps that was an answer you needed.
