Pending Genesis Crystals purchase on Genshin Impact

I recently made a purchase of 29:99 genesis crystals pack on the mobile game, Genshin Impact. It’s been hours and this purchase is still showing up as pending and on my bank account, the amount I originally had is still there and yet to change. I’ve already used the genesis crystals, so I can’t request a refund or risk ending up with negative primogems in the game. I purchased such things from the game before with no issues, but now I’m very concerned and would rlly like this purchase to finish pending already. What should I do?
