Solitaire game not opening on iPad Air A1474

There is no solitaire game included with an iPad, so you must have gotten it from the App Store at some point. Go to your Purchase History:

1. Open the App Store app.
2. Tap the Sign-In button or your photo at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Purchase History. You might be asked to sign in. You will also probably need to change the date range.

and if the game is still available, you'll see it listed there. If is it, you can try deleting it and reinstalling, though if it's an old app, it may not have been updated to be compatible with newer versions of iPadOS. If that's the case, you can try contacting the developer, but that may not help or they may have gone out of business.

or maybe delete the app and redownload it from app store

or maybe look for other solitaire apps in app store (think microsoft makes one for app store for free too)

or maybe try to reach out to the developer of your solitaire app

Despite a recent update, not all developers are as skilled as others so significant bugs may remain. If restarting your iPad or removing and reinstalling the app don't fix the problem, try to contact the developer for assistance.
