Fake Money in Apple Cash Account?

ETA: I was able to fix it when my Husband test sent me a $10 payment. It cleared out the $149.35 and showed the $10, I was able to then transfer it to my bank.

I received a notification a day or two ago about there being a balance in my apple cash account. I went to check and there is $149.35 in the account showing as available. This is coincidentally the same amount I spent on a Christmas gift using apple pay two weeks ago. I can't send it, can't spend it, can't transfer it. I get the error message pictured below. I have two debit cards on my account that are fully functional. I've used them as recently as a few hours ago. There is no itemized line to show a refund for this $ (I didn't ask for a refund). I pulled a transaction report and weirdly it shows the same $149.35 every month for 2024, which is not accurate. I have done the obvious and restarted my phone but it didn't do anything. Maybe this is just a glitch and apple will figure it out soon but I'm not sure how to remedy it in the mean time.
