Low battery capacity on MacBook Air M3

In two months and the battery of my macbook air m3 has maximum capacity of 93% in 19 cycles, what's the problem of this MacBook Air?

Batteries chemically age at different rates, something which not even experienced battery engineers and chemists can predict for any given battery. While yours is a bit low, it's still far from being a problem. If your battery drops to 80% of maximum capacity, then Apple will replace it, at no charge if it's still under warranty or for a small fee if it's under an AppleCare+ plan.
