I used to buy 50GB space every month, but now I don't need it, I couldn't cancel it, please cancel it

You simply need to downgrade back to the free 5GB plan. This should help you out.

Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support

Following those step to choose downgrade options and select the Free plan is all that you need to do. You will continue to get the storage you paid for until the expiration date, then it will no longer renew.
