Unwanted NFC tag notifications on iPhone 13

Has anyone suddenly started having NFC tag notifications, and tons of them? (I know what NFCs are, just not how to stop them from annoying me)

I had a device at home that disconnected from the Wi-Fi, and I needed to uninstall the app (not Apple) and reinstall to get reconnected. In the meantime, the notifications are going crazy now. How do I stop this for an iPhone 13? I checked the app, and there is no setting to turn it off. My notifications for the app were off before this happened.
