How can I restore downloaded apps on MacBook Pro?

I accidentally sent the download icon on the docking screen to the bin. on my iMac Book Pro.

My question is, how can I restore this icon?

Try moving it from the Dock to Trash, then open a Finder window, control click on the Downloads folder in the Finder sidebar and then click "Add to Dock."

Open a Finder window and drag the Downloads folder from the Fonder sidebar to the right end to the taskbar.

once you have the downloads "stack" on your dock, "control-click" the stack and change "Display as" from "Stack" to "Folder".

please note that my "folder" is using a custom icon. but using those steps, you will get the blue folder.
