Apple com.bill iTunes.com IRL scam

My CC has been billed more than ten times in dec 24 by the above. The scam has been mentioned previously in the forum. ! My apple account show only one subscription which is not related to this !

why has Apple not shut down this abuse of a registered trade name ?

How do I prevent and report scam charges for App Store subscriptions? A $139.19 have been charged for a subscription from App Store. Contact support team +1(84***310. If this was not made by you.
