You have a number of apps that should be signed which aren't (Parallels, Alfred), which also seem to have been authorized by bypassing Gatekeeper.

Not sure how or why you did that, but since Gatekeeper is running in App Store and Authorized Developer mode, and since those unsigned apps ought to be signed, my first suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall them using fresh copies from the official websites.

You may also want to run etrecheck with full disk permissions so it can check your /Library - especially for Launch Agents and Daemons.

why is your version of parallels not signed?

that makes me think that is the wrong version for this version of macOS, which could cause crashing (but is not definitive.)

I agree with @kaz-k.

I don't recommend spending any money on repairs for multiple reasons, plus the money spent on repairs is better put towards a new laptop.
