the Seahorse emoji never but did exist let me explain The year is 2009 and Skype were popular and the emoji was on old Android but later removed in 2015 but is now unknown.

There has never been a seahorse emoji in the unicode standard. Unicode is responsible for creating emojis. Not Apple, not Samsung, nor Google.
