I have problem with adding my bank account to MacBook.

I restarted my Mac for new updating. I don’t remember the update version. Then it asked whether I want to add my bank card or not. I said yes and added my bank information. When it wanted to call the bank for confirmation, I clicked the button “Back”. Then it just loads with a line: “card added”. It has been like this for 3 hours. The card is still not added and I cannot use my Mac.

Does anyone know how to solve it? I have tried to restart it but it does not work. 😭😭😭😭😭

Apparently communications between your Mac and that bank got stuck.

Force the Mac to shut down, because there is no point in waiting any longer. Press and hold its power button / Touch ID button until it shuts down. Then, start it again in the usual manner. Adding that bank card information may be finished, or you might have to start over again.
