"Disk to slow" and "System overload" error when using Garageband

Stats of my Mac:

Macbook pro M3 Max

Memory: 36

Storage 1TB

OS: Sequoia Version 15.2

Anytime when I try to play back any project in Garageband I am always getting the "Disk to slow" or "System Overload" error even when there are only a few tracks in the projects and no plug-ins being used. Ever since I first got this mac which was around 5 months ago I've had this issue. My laptop has a ton of free storage and I'm very confused on why this is happening and how to fix this. Each time when I play back a song the program begins to make the music glitch, lag, and repeat uncontrollably and then the error will pop up.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.2
