Nor are there indications of any reported vulnerabilities posted elsewhere.

Of course it’s possible you’ve been hacked. That is very unlikely, but it is technically possible.

Is it likely you’ve been hacked in general, or if you’ve specifically been hacked through some streaming app? No. Not at all likely. Very unlikely, even. iPhone securoty is quite good.

If you’re a valuable target for well-funded adversaries, or if you’re loading sketchy apps from who-knows-where, or jailbreaking your iPhone, all bets are off.
