Hi, when I plug my new iPhone 11 in the wall cube charger, the apple sign appears for a few seconds then goes off and keeps repeating this (for hours now). The phone will not connect to the computer and does not go any further than the logo flashing can anyone help me with this please ???? Even when I press the side button to start, it is not starting.
