Is Carla Car Hire - Rental Cars app on App store a Fraud ?

The rental app is on app store and had many reviews. The app is a fraud as I paid for a car rental and when I received an email confirmation, it didn't mention the name of the rental company although I am sure when I chose it was Alamo and pick up athen airport. I went to the airport to Alamo, they found no booking. When I checked on their app reservation details using the booking reference number, they said cancelled. When I contacted their customer service, the only medium available was via a chat. They responded 2 hrs later. I investigated review thoroughly most said it a fraudulent app. I don't know why its on app store. I would like to warn you not to use it.
