Age restriction issue for app tracking

I want to allow tracking for an app I want to use but it says I dont meet the age requirements even though im in my 20s. I tried logging out and back in and I don’t have any profile/organization managing me either.

I am unable to turn on App Tracking due to age restriction even though I am 18 yrs old I am 18 and have been for months. I am no longer on family tracking. My phone is not a part of an organization or company. I have no restrictions set. My birth date is correct. But I’m still not allowed to turn on app tracking? Allow apps to request tracking options greyed out because 'Apple ID does not meet minimum age requirements' I start having this problem when I couldn’t enable tracking since it was grayed out. So I tried to change my birthdate to see if it would change the problem but it still the same. I already checked out the screen time restrictions and it allows every app to be tracked but it still grayed and I don’t know what to do

I can't enable tracking as it says "Your Apple ID doesn't meet the age limit" Hello, I can't enable tracking because it says "Your Apple ID doesn't meet the age limit."
