i can't uninstall this program on my macbook air

yesterday I installed adobe creative cloud to test photoshop, after using the application I decided to delete it. 
Unfortunately, the application did not have a specific delete button, so I entered the application files and found a specific uninstaller, I clicked on it and deleted only a few files, and I deleted the rest manually, and I cannot delete this program.
