How do I increase the number of rings my iPhone makes before it goes to messages?
How can I increase the number of rings on my iPhone before it goes to mailbox.

Contact your carrier. Voicemail is a carrier function. They cannot actually change the number of rings, it is setup by time, the time from the call setup to the time that voicemail would pick up the unanswered call. Most carriers can make minor adjustments, but not very much.
