Retrieving deleted Photos on my formatted iPhone 6
I have accidentally formatted my iphone6 recently and lost all my photos, is there a way to retrieve them? are there any apps available which can help?

The entire contents of the device are gone; unrecoverable.
You’ll need to look for copies of your photos in iCloud Photos if that was enabled, or in an existing iPhone back up, or copies of photos that were previously copied or shared elsewhere.
