I’ll be in France over the summer. My son’s phone is an Apple Watch and I’d like it to work there. Can I buy an eSIM from a French carrier while I’m there ?

There are two listed in France. However, cell carriers usually require that the Watch and iPhone be on the same carrier, so you may need to switch your iPhone to the same carrier as your Watch for the time you'll be in France. Talk to the carrier(s) about their options. Or investigate data roaming options with your current carrier.
