using apple watch while travelling in France

Can I use my apple watch in France with my Iphone from USA but I will have a Sim card from Bouygues to work my Iphone while in France. Thank you

If the Watch is a cellular model turn cellular off.

If its gps only, no problem

Watch will use the cell connection of the phone provided you keep the phone on you
