I am the owner of this Apple Watch and when I try to pair it to my daughters phone it says that I put a lock on it and I can’t continue u less I remember the email and password linked to this watch! Help!!

If you had your watch paired with your iPhone in the past, the watch uses the same Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) that has been used with the paired iPhone.
About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
In case you can not remember the Apple Account details anymore and you have proof of purchase or ownership, contact the official Apple Support and ask them to disable the Activation Lock.
