iPhone 12 only works on speakerphone

I can only hear my phone when it is on speaker phone, people can hear me speaking but I cannot hear them.

iPhone 12 only works on speaker phone My iPhone 12 only works on speaker phone. I’ve tried everything and nothing works. The sound and everything is fine on my phone. I can’t hear anyone or anyone can’t hear me if I put it to my ears. What’s crazier is my mom also have an iPhone 12 and hers started doing the same thing around the same time.

I can’t hear if I put my phone to my ear, the other person can hear me but I can’t hear them i can o my use my phone on speaker, it does not work if I put my phone to my ear. The other person can hear me but I can’t hear them

If you only hear through speakerphone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support
