Iwatch making wrist sore

I bought my iwatch series 10 6 weeks ago. I wear it most of the time as I have long term conditions that need monitoring. My wrist has been sore last couple days. Where the sensor on the back hits the back of my wrist/forearm. Has anyone else had this and is there anything I can do to prevent this happening?

Thanks for answering. I wear it snug not tight because if it moves it looses connection to me and then I have to keep putting my code in to open the watch. I’ve not used one before.

when I googled the issue it appears that others have called it a sensor burn so thought I would check here. I’ve not worn it overnight and the redness has calmed down a bit
