So I have bought 14 pro and after only 26 days of usage the battery health has gone down to 94%. What should I do now? Should I sell it and buy pro max?

The measure of battery health deterioration/drainage is subjective and can vary depending on individual usage patterns. There is no universal standard to determine whether the battery health deterioration/drainage is normal or abnormal because it heavily relies on how the battery is used and maintained.

Protect & Prolong the Life of your iPhone's Battery:

Try to monitor Battery usage by iPhone Activity as shown below
What is shown under battery usage? Checking that would give you an indication of the usage behavior.

iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max were discontinued in September 2023. If you bought one and it was brand new, it had to have sat on a shelf for quite some time. When Lion Batteries go uncharged for a length of time, they degrade faster. A 6% decline in battery health in 28 days wouldn't be all that unusual for a phone which likely didn't get any charge for more than a year. Buying a 14 Pro Max wouldn't likely change much for you. When the health of your battery dips to 80%, which it will at some point in the future, it will then be time to pay Apple to replace the battery.
That's the current model Pro iPhone. So you won't likely see faster battery health decline on a brand new model, which hasn't sat on a shelf for over a year. Whether that's what you should do, is up to you.
Been using iPhones from last 10 years and this is the first time I have seen this kinda battery drain and been following everything what you have said in this forum.
Should I go for 16 pro then?
