I've buyed the S10 for this and doesn't work. My S10 is a LW/A model, buyed in the US, I live in Brazil now but I can't activate it.
Both, my iPhone 15 Pro and my watch has the latest firmware version and nothing. It says: option not available on your region.

I think that I've found the problem. I'm in Argentina right now and according to Apple's website, besides your Apple Account region, when you activate the product, it takes as reference the carrier antenna information so my guess is that as I activated the S10 in Argentina, I'll have to wait until I'll come back to Brazil and activate it again to enjoy the Sleep Apnea feature.

Keep in mind Sleep Apnea detection is based on at least a month of sleep statistics before it will even attempt to report you might have Sleep Apnea.

is what tells you where Sleep Apnea is supported.
You should contact Apple if the web page says it is supported in your region.
Bob, first thanks for your reply. I understand that you are talking about the Sleep Apnea notifications itself, that I've read (you need at least 10 days of a whole month to have any reading). What I'm telling is that I can't even activate the notifications. It says that is no longer available on my region.
