Cant update MBP late 2015
Have a late 2015 mbp with 12.7.6 (monterey), but cant update system further and some apps, including microsoft office request newer OS to be updated.
am i stuck with monterey?

Monterey is the end of the line for 2015 MacBook Pro models.
If you no longer want to be held hostage to Microsoft's bloatware there are several alternatives worth considering, including but not limited to Apple's Pages, Numbers, and Keynote (all free).
Office lookalikes include LibreOffice, NeoOffice (which it replaced, and is now free) and similar products available from the Mac App Store. Some are free.
