Its possible yes.
You can cancel one number and as long as both phones are using the same Apple ID, you can use the Calls on other devices Continuity Feature to make them get calls from the same number.

It also works on iPhones though.
Extremely doubtful w/o a sizable multi-line commercial business account from your carrier (if even then) …
… but ONLY your carrier could do it if it’s possible at all.
So … contact your cartier.
That’s interesting … didn’t know it could also go to other “telephony-capable” devices.
