What causes rust on iPhone Camera control buttons?
my iphone 16 camera control button looks like it's changing color/rusting. is anyone facing this ?

Extremely odd. Have it inspected by Apple or an authorized repair facility. I assume you are referring to the thin band around the button since if I’m not mistaken the actual button is sapphire glass and wouldn’t “rust”. Have you tried cleaning it to make sure it’s not a build up of oils or anything from your fingers? Any exposure to a lot of humidity or liquids?
