My friend said that the wrong date is writing on the photo in his gallery and that it is not taken on that day. He said it mixed with the google old photos

It is actually possible to change the date of a photo, whether in photos itself or in another app like photoshop or affinity. Also, if you download an image, it may show the date downloaded and not the date it was taken.
On the iPhone tap the photo to open it, then swipe up to see the details below the photo, the tap the "Adjust2 button to the right of the date to correct the date, if it is wrong.
Photos you download from Shared albums may have a wrong date, even if we adjusted the date before sharing the photo. Photos is not sharing the adjusted date.
