Why is the Reflections watch face on Apple Watch 10 static?

According to Apple demo’s, the new “Reflections” watch face on the Apple Watch 10 should change color when the watch moves. Mine doesn’t. Why not?

Go though these steps Apple Watch basic diagnostics - Apple Community til it works.
