Should i plugged in my Macbook Air M3 even the battery is full?

i just got my new macbook air m3 and i concerned about how i use it. I need to bring my mac to school during the day and do not bring the charger with because i know the battery duration is enough for a whole day of using. When im come home at the afternoon, i used to plugged in the mac for charging and export to my monitor. After a few hours, the battery is full but i still need to use it for my work, then i keep plugged the charge to the macbook over the night and unplug it before i go to school in the next day. i don't know if this will harm the macbook battery or not. I would like to have opinion from everyone to eliminate worrie.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 15.2
