Forgotten password for Find My iPhone and email access

My daughter has lost her phone and I’m trying to log in to see where it was last using find my iPhone. We have forgotten her password so trying to reset but struggling as cannot get in to her emails. Any ideas please?

See the second two options in this Apple support article:

If you forgot your Apple Account password - Apple Support

One of those should work.
