iPod not supported on Apple Devices - Windows 11
Following the mid-December update to Apple Devices, my iPod Shuffle is no longer recognised. (It worked fine for the last year or so) The recent update (1.5.2.58) has not fixed this. I have seen other comments about iPhones not being recognised following the update, and removing the 'iPod support' software application fixed it for them. For me removing the software did not work as I think it is required for iPods.

I have re-loaded Apple Music and Apple Devices to the latest versions as of today. When I plug in my iPod Shuffle, the screen prompts me 'The software required for communicating with iPods is not installed. Would you like to download and install it now?' (So the software does know that an iPod has been plugged in.) When I click 'Download and Install' nothing happens so I am left with Apple Devices saying 'iPod Support Not Installed'. It seems that the iPod support software is not availble as a seperate install, so not sure what to try next.
