my iphone flips back and forth between 5g

For the past day, my iPhone is automatically switching to 5G despite the fact that I am at home and connected to my strong WiFi signal. My computer and television are fine. It’s only my iPhone being problematic. Internet is good on my computer but horrible on my iPhone. I have shut off my phone twice. I made sure it has the most recent updates.
