Change message app on iphone 11 running iOS 18.2

You can download any other supported messaging app from the App Store. There's no way to route all your messages to one app, however- for example, a message someone sends you using Apple's own Messages app can't be configured to show up as a WhatsApp conversation. They're separate apps.
