I have a new MacBook Pro. I am trying to add my Bigpond email account but I am getting an error message saying "Unable to verify account or password". The account and password I am entering are correct

Here are the Telstra settings:
Old: https://www.telstra.com.au/support/email/imap-pop-smtp-mail-server-settings
New: https://www.telstra.com.au/support/email/imap-pop-smtp-mail-server-settings
Both indicate of those outgoing server authentication must be enabled.
Here is what the Apple settings lookup tool suggests:
If you have removed and re-added the email account, and have changed the Telstra password, and tried again, and failed to access the mail services, then check with your ISP; with Telstra.
Hi MrHoffman, Thanks for your reply. I did the check thing and the settings are all the same as your screenshot but I don't know how to get the Bigpond email address onto the MacBook.
Are there steps I can take to set it up or should I do a online support chat?
